  • Interior windows and window tracks

  • Enzyme cleaning of carpets with UV scan

  • Door frames, trim, and closet shelves

  • Wall spot-cleaning (within reason)

  • Extra time allowed for heavily soiled homes.

Pricing:

  • Studio/1 Bed/1 Bath: Starting @ $200 (approx. 3 hours)

  • 2 Bed/1-2 Bath: Starting @ $300 (approx. 4 hours)

  • 3 Bed/2 Bath: Starting @ $400 (approx. 6 hours)

  • 4 Bed/3 Bath: Starting @ $500 (approx. 7 hours)

  • 5+ Bed or 3000+ sq ft: Starting @ $600 (approx. 8+ hours)

    * If house has not been even slightly cleaned by client prior to move-out cleaning, prices and times will change due to time taken away from detailing and allocated towards basic cleaning as well.
