• Cabinet faces detailed

• Interior windows (up to 6ft high) cleaned

• Fans and light fixtures dusted

• Light switches, door handles, outlet covers cleaned - basically all the places you pretend not to notice

• Carpets deep-cleaned with Bissle PetPro cleaner (prices will alter depending on square footage of carpet - very time intensive.)

Pricing:

• Studio/1 Bed/1 Bath: Starting @ $160 (approx. 2 hours)

• 2 Bed/1-2 Bath: Starting @ $200 (approx. 3-3.5 hours)

• 3 Bed/2 Bath: Starting @ $250 (approx. 4-4.5 hours)

• 4 Bed/3 Bath: Starting @ $300 (approx. 4.5-5.5 hours)

• 5+ Bed or 3000+ sq ft: Starting @ $400 (approx. 6+ hours)

  * Prices and Times are subject to alteration by: How often the Client would like the home cleaned. The last time the home was professionally cleaned prior to our initial cleaning. The Client’s home is multiple stories or there is extensive pet hair/markings in the home.
