The following list will explain what is included for a “basic” clean. However, this company isn’t like other companies…if you are a weekly or bi-weekly customer…there are additional things that will be done at no extra charge! Because we are consistently cleaning your home to a high standard, that means certain areas won’t need as much scrubbing time once we’ve established a routine. Less scrubbing time in one area (say you no longer have hard-water residue on the glass in your shower) doesn’t mean you pay the same for less, quite the opposite! It means then we can rotate in some things that would normally be under a deep-clean! Refrigerator a mess? Baseboards need wiping? Windows need cleaning? Done, done and done! New things can be circulated in and out so that you always get your money’s worth! A “regular” is someone to cherish and deserves to be cherished as well.

Includes:

• Full Bathroom cleaning (including hard-water deposit removal)

• Kitchen surfaces, stovetops, microwave interiors, and sink detailing

• Dusting all visible surfaces and objects (not just around but under)

• Vacuuming and mopping of all floors

• Bed sheets removed, washed and dried, and beds remade

• General tidying up of small clutter and all trash cans emptied

Pricing:

• Studio/1 Bed/1 Bath: Starting @ $100 (approx. 1.5-2 hours)

• 2 Bed/1-2 Bath: Starting @ $150 (approx. 2.5-3 hours)

• 3 Bed/2 Bath: Starting @ $175 (approx. 3.5 hours)

• 4 Bed/3 Bath: Starting @ $200 (approx. 4-4.5 hours)

• 5+ Bed or 3000+ sq ft: Starting @ $250 (approx. 5+ hours)

  * Prices and Times are subject to alteration by: How often the Client would like the home cleaned. The last time the home was professionally cleaned prior to our initial cleaning. The Client’s home is multiple stories or there is extensive pet hair/markings in the home.
